Shipping time
ITA: 1-2 working days
EUROPE: 5-7 working days
REST OF THE WORLD: 7-10 working days

The times are to be considered approximate as they may vary depending on the transport issues of the shipping company.
Delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility. In this case, the shipping company may contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Please be aware that this may delay the delivery time. The necessary charges to the local authorities for the release of the goods held in customs will be your responsibility.


Cancellation & Returns 
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if for any reason the items you have ordered do not meet your expectations we will be happy for you to exchange these for another item of the same value or refund you in full. Regulation:
In the EU you have the right to return these purchases within 14 days for a full refund. 
The14-day "cooling off" period does not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalised 

How to cancel a purchase

You must immediately inform FiammettaV Home Collection via email at if you want to cancel the purchase. It is not enough to just send the goods back, FiammettaV Home Collection must be promptly informed.
You must send the unused goods back within 14 days of informing FiammettaV Home Collection.
FiammettaV Home Collection charges you for returning the goods.


Refunds
FiammettaV Home Collection will reimburse to you the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied. Please return your goods to us in the exact condition you received them, including original packaging, to FiammettaV srl, Via Ilice 15, 54033 Carrara (MS), Italy. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods you are purchasing can be delivered into the property and within the area of intended use. FiammettaV Home Collection is not responsible should the goods not fit into your property.  It will be deemed that you have taken delivery of your order and you will be liable for storage fees and any the cost of any additional delivery attempts. Delivery teams are unable to attach goods to walls or install any electrical goods.
